This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the user who registers as a member to benefit from the services offered on thesmellofsirius.com ("Site") and For Next Generation Kozmetik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Company").
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions regarding the Member’s registration to the Site and use of the services provided through the Site.
Users who wish to become a member must complete the membership form available on the Site with accurate and complete information.
Membership applications will be reviewed by the Company, and those deemed appropriate will be approved and finalized.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
The Member agrees to use the services provided through the Site only for lawful purposes.
The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their username and password used to access the Site. Passwords must not be shared with third parties.
The Member agrees to respect the copyrights of all content on the Site and not to use such content without authorization.
The Company will take necessary measures to ensure the uninterrupted and secure operation of the Site. However, service interruptions may occur due to technical failures or maintenance.
The Company will process the Member’s personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will become effective on the date they are published on the Site.
If the Member does not accept the changes, they may cancel their membership.
The Member may terminate their membership and this Agreement at any time.
The Company may cancel the Member’s membership and restrict access to services if the Member violates the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Tekirdağ, Turkey.
By registering on the Site, the Member is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall remain in force as long as the Member’s membership is active.
